Key Responsibilities:
Assess client requirements and match candidate skills and experiences to ensure a perfect fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, creating trust and understanding of their unique staffing needs.
Stay up to date with industry trends and workforce demands to effectively advise clients and candidates.
Participate in community outreach programs to promote healthcare employment opportunities.
Qualifications:
Medical degree or 2year work experience as a qualified Nuclear Medical Technician.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
