About the role
Seeking an experienced Facilities Condition Assessor for a full-time remote position, responsible for conducting on-site visual assessments of real property, managing facility condition data, and collaborating with teams to develop effective maintenance strategies for federal sites.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive on-site visual assessments of Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) to evaluate operating efficiency and remaining life expectancy
Utilize proprietary software to input, validate, and maintain facility condition assessment data, ensuring accuracy through systematic updates and reporting
Generate inventory condition reports and collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals and deadlinesRequired qualifications: High school diploma required; experience in construction or maintenance sectors is essential
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills required
Must be eligible for a DoD Position of Trust (Tier 1 level investigation)
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Former military members with a background in construction or facilities management are highly encouraged to apply
