About the Role:
A.P.C. is seeking a passionate and service-driven Part-Time Client Advisor to join our Hayes Valley boutique team. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver an elevated client experience through personalized styling, expert product knowledge, and genuine relationship building. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is motivated by client engagement, team collaboration, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Client Experience & Sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with A.P.C.'s selling ceremony and brand values
- Drive individual and store sales performance while cultivating long-term client relationships
- Provide personalized styling recommendations across all product categories
- Develop and maintain a strong client book through CRM and in-store clienteling tools
- Support loyalty and repeat business through thoughtful follow-up and communication
- Operations & Visual Standards
- Maintain boutique presentation according to A.P.C.'s visual merchandising standards
- Support daily operational tasks, inventory management, and stock organization
- Assist with store upkeep and ensure an elevated in-store environment
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in retail sales or luxury client service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, and inventory periodsAbility to stand and move throughout the sales floor for extended periodsAbility to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
- Pay range and compensation package
- Competitive hourly pay plus commission structure 401(k)
