About the role
Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Shift Manager Railroad Operations at the Cleveland Works facility. This front-line leadership role directs day-to-day railroad transportation activities to ensure safe, reliable movement of materials and products both inside the plant and with external rail carriers. The successful candidate will supervise locomotive engineers, conductors, and other railroad personnel, coordinate train movements, and ensure compliance with FRA regulations
