About the role

A leading staffing agency is looking for a Fundraising Experience Specialist to provide excellent donor care remotely. You will manage inbound calls from donors and resolve inquiries while maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in customer service, preferably in a non-profit setting, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position offers an hourly rate of $25, requiring eligibility for benefits based on hours worked.
