The Director of Government Affairs will play a leading role in shaping advocacy strategies and influencing policy outcomes that impact the future of digital platforms and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic oversight of state legislation and support federal initiatives impacting artificial intelligence, data privacy, online safety and emerging technology policy Translate complex technical and policy issues into compelling narratives for policymakers and internal leaders. Partner closely with legal, policy, communications, product, and trust & safety teams to align advocacy and compliance strategies. Ideal Background We are seeking candidates who bring:10+ years of experience in government affairs Experience within technology, digital platforms, AI, internet policy, cybersecurity, privacy, or other regulated industries. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Exceptional communication skills and the ability to brief senior executives on complex policy developments. Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive and high-profile issues. Why This Role?
