About the role

A profitable, private equity-backed dental services company is hiring a hands-on Director of Sales to help expand a national membership platform that enables independent dentists to build more profitable practices without giving up ownership. With nearly $30 million in annual revenue, more than 1,300 member practices (up from approximately 600 a couple years ago), and an expanding portfolio of business coaching, purchasing, and insurance reimbursement solutions, the company is entering an exciting phase of growth. This is a true player-coach role—approximately 70% leading and developing the sales team and 30% personally selling. You'll report directly to the CEO and have the opportunity to shape how the organization sells, develops talent, and scales across multiple service lines. Established lead generation: Leverage a dedicated marketing team, referral channels, and approximately 50 dentist ambassadors who generate sales opportunities. Multiple avenues for growth: Strategic acquisitions and new service offerings create additional revenue streams and cross-selling opportunities across an established membership base. Experienced, supportive leadership: Work directly with the CEO and a strong executive team in an entrepreneurial, well-capitalized business backed by Incline Equity. Remote flexibility, equity, and career upside: Fully remote position with flexible, business-driven travel, an equity opportunity, and the potential to grow into broader executive leadership as the organization expands.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
