Senior Project Manager – Architecture & Design
Location:
Baltimore, MD | OnsiteI’m representing a nationally recognized senior living development organization seeking a Senior Project Manager – Architecture to lead architectural design and coordination for new development and repositioning projects. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced architect or architectural PM looking to transition to the owner/developer side and have greater influence over the full development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural programming and design for new projects
- Coordinate architects, engineers, interior designers, and consultants
- Support master planning, capital planning, and project budgets
- Review drawings and specifications for design quality and compliance
- Provide architectural guidance through design and construction
- Participate in site visits, construction meetings, and project reviews
Ideal Background:
- 10+ years of architectural experience preferred 4+ years in architectural programming, design, consultant coordination, and construction administration
- Senior living, multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, or similar experience preferred
- Strong project management and consultant coordination skills
- Architecture license is a plus
