Lead Luxury Custom Home Builds Across South FloridaJoin a stable builder with 30+ years of success.Job DescriptionManage luxury custom home projects valued between $5M and $15M from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field teams to ensure project success. Monitor budgets, schedules, quality standards, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with senior leadership, including the Senior Project Manager and Project Executive. Proven experience managing ground-up luxury custom homes in South Florida. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.
