Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFinance and Insurance (F&I) Manager – AutomotiveThis is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional who is excited by automotive F&I and passionate about customer service. We are currently seeking an F&I manager to join our amazing team. We need a leader with a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge, who can train bright new talent, clearly communicate product features and benefits, and who can confidently close the sale.Job ResponsibilitiesContract new business, sell and close dealsGenerate finance income on all sold customersCheck/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactionsContract or collect all money at closingSeek bank approval on financed and leased dealsMaintain a working knowledge of leases, “balloons”, etc.Promote Credit Life/Accident & Health salesAssist in acquiring approval from lendersUnderstand all programs and rate options offered by our lendersSolicit extended warranty sales (aftermarket)Handle all cancellations for extended warranties and credit lifeMust be proficient at the following: Deep understanding of building a strong deal structure from beginning to endObtaining loan approvals that maximize profitabilityStrong ability to present and close all F&I products ( VSC, Gap, Tire&Wheel, and all ancillary products) About UsAt Peak Performance Team, our core philosophy is that leaders should have the freedom to make their own decisions regarding the products they offer and how they handle claims.
