About the role

Abound Health is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Brick, NJ.

Responsibilities include: ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently. Starting pay is $23/hour (non-acuity) or $33/hour (acuity) with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments when averaging 20+ hours/week. We offer paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and growth opportunities.
