About the role

A national fast-food conglomerate is looking for a Service Center Specialist to join their team sitting in San Antonio, Texas. The Service Center Specialist will provide support through phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems, ensuring inbound callers receive the help they need quickly and efficiently, while also playing a key role reviewing grant applications and managing important policies. This role is the representative to several email inboxes used for employee two-way communication. They will act as the liaison between various HR functional departments, the Field HR team, Payroll, and the Family Member by responding to HR-related inquiries and support requests. Required Skills & Experience• 1-2 years experience in a customer service role, ideally handling inbound calls related to various HR issues. • Experience participating in ticket resolution and ensures email inquiries are closed out to completion. Able to work on site and a rotating shift schedule.
