New Hourly Rates! $38-48/hr *Offer Based on Experience and Qualifying Interview Full-Time, 30-40 Hours/Week at Fountain View + SPLIT with Meadowbrook Care Center. Or, Part‑Time at Either. PRN also available. What are you looking for?4-day work week option! Flexible Schedule. Drive Time + Mileage between buildings in the same day. New Grads Welcome! GREAT Mentorship Program for new clinicians or those new to the SNF Setting.$2,000 Sign-On Bonus + Flexible Schedule (4 Day Work Week Option) As aPhysical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.
Qualifications:
  • Physical Therapy license in state of employment
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
