About the role

DENSO is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to own the full design lifecycle for large-scale enterprise manufacturing learning solutions. You will partner with stakeholders and SMEs to analyze needs and craft engaging training that enhances employee performance. The role requires independent project management from concept through delivery, quick system learning, and leadership of the design and development process with minimal oversight. Travel may be required.
