Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join our team at a thriving tofu production company based in Fullerton, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the production, packaging, and quality control of our tofu products. Responsibilities:
Operate machinery for tofu production in a safe and efficient manner.
Assist with preparing ingredients and ensuring proper mixing for tofu production.
Monitor production lines to ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.
Package finished products, ensuring accuracy and consistency in labeling.
Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company policies, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist in inventory management and product storage.
Report any issues with machinery or production processes to supervisors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for counting and inventory tasks.
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
