Backed by significant recent investment, they're scaling their North American Enterprise sales team and building toward an ambitious growth target — with a strong, alliance-driven pipeline already in motion. This is a pure "hunter" role focused on new, greenfield Enterprise accounts. You'll be well supported: a global pre-sales team (solution architects, value engineering, demos), a global bid team, and shared BDR resources (including AI-assisted lead generation) all back the sales effort so you can focus on building relationships and closing.
Key Responsibilities: Own and deliver against an annual Enterprise revenue target through proactive new business development Build and manage a pipeline of complex, long-cycle Enterprise deals (typical sales cycles run around six months)Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, leveraging your own network and relationships Build and leverage partnerships across the HCM alliance ecosystem (Workday, Oracle, SAP)Partner with Solution Consulting, Product, and Customer Success to deliver compelling, solution-oriented presentations Represent the business at industry events (including major partner conferences)Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategy
Candidate Requirements: Extensive, senior-level experience selling global enterprise-scale payroll or HCM/HRIS managed services — comfortable with longer, complex deal cycles Demonstrated success closing large, complex Enterprise deals with consistent delivery against revenue targets Direct experience selling to multinational/global Enterprise clients at C-suite level Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach — this is a highly autonomous, remote-first role, so self-sufficiency matters, but so does knowing when to pull in support High personal integrity and ethical sales practices — this client values a "long game" approach to client relationships over short-term wins Resilience and a genuine appetite for competitive, greenfield selling Working knowledge of a recognized sales methodology (MEDDPICC or similar preferred)Comfortable working fully remote with no office requirement, but able to travel as needed Why This Role Fully remote — no office attendance required Structured, multi-tranche commission plan tied to deal lifecycle, not just signing Strong internal pre-sales, bid, and BDR support behind every deal Genuine autonomy to hunt via your own network, with a favourable policy for self-sourced leads Annual President's Club recognition trip for top performers

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
