About the role
- 1-2 years experience with auto parts sales (Honda auto parts sales preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in dealership with Dealer Management System (Reynolds & Reynolds preferred)
- Strong work ethic

- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Work with parts team to locate any parts that aren't in stock
- Complete special order part request for the customer
- Communicate with customer on parts status frequently
- Consistently working with Technicians and Service Advisors (determining parts needs, creating estimates, pulling parts, and other various duties)
- Must follow safety policies and procedures
- Keep up to date on products, maintenance requirements, and other services
- Physically able to perform assigned tasks (lifting 85 lbs or more, kneeling, bending, walking, and standing for prolonged periods)
- Must have a valid drivers' license with a good driving history and no record of reckless driving
