Assistant Project Manager – Construction (NYC)We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team specializing in high-end residential construction throughout New York City.
Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administration Track project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and design teams Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation Monitor material deliveries and lead times Assist with change orders, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes Conduct site visits and support quality control efforts Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Maintain organized project records and reporting Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or related field Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is a plus Knowledge of residential construction methods and building systems preferred Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
