About the Opportunity:
We are adding new members to our remote team to help individuals and families who have already requested information about available benefit programs. This role is built around communication, organization, and follow-through. You will help people understand the process, answer general questions, schedule virtual appointments, and make sure each person receives a professional and helpful experience from start to finish. No previous industry experience is required. Training and support are provided. What the Role Looks Like Each day, you will be working with clients from home using phone, email, video, and online systems. Your focus is to make the process simple, clear, and organized for the people you are assisting. You may help confirm appointments, update client details, send reminders, answer basic questions, and guide individuals through online forms or next steps.
