Our client, a prominent airline operating out of East London, is looking for an experienced and inspiring Aircraft Cabin Crew Supervisor. This leadership role involves overseeing the cabin crew team, ensuring the highest standards of passenger safety, service, and comfort during flights. You will be responsible for leading by example, mentoring junior crew members, managing in-flight operations, and ensuring compliance with all airline policies and aviation safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise cabin crew members during flights, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and service standards. Conduct pre-flight briefings, assigning duties and responsibilities to the cabin crew. Monitor cabin operations throughout the flight, addressing any issues or passenger concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with all aviation safety regulations, security protocols, and company policies. Train and mentor new and existing cabin crew members, providing constructive feedback and performance evaluations. Manage catering, cabin supplies, and ensure the overall cleanliness and presentation of the aircraft cabin.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Aircraft Cabin Crew Member. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the aviation industry is highly desirable. Valid cabin crew attestation and knowledge of emergency procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution.
