This is a leadership and transformation consulting role, not an HR or IT/technology position.What You’ll DoPartner directly with C-suite and senior executives to drive organizational transformation and elevate leadership performance.Design and facilitate high-impact workshops that shape culture, execution, and project outcomes.Lead transformation engagements across major infrastructure, energy, and capital programs throughout the region.Coach leaders and project teams to deliver breakthrough performance on complex, high-stakes initiatives.Why JMWAt JMW, you’ll help shape the success of some of the world’s largest and most complex projects, while developing as a leader yourself.
