About the role
At Johnny Flash Productions (https://www.johnnyflash.com) we love building business websites that deliver amazing results! We help small businesses, churches and organizations (with 5-50 employees) looking to reinvent and formulate their online presence with a website that is on-trend with design, well-coded and flexible enough to grow with them. We work with our clients to build an online marketing strategy that includes a well-built website, cohesive brand, digital marketing and other resources for online growth. It’s important for us to create ongoing personal relationships with our clients and facilitate that role as a dedicated webmaster and digital consultant. We are currently looking to hire a part-time Executive Assistant to manage email inboxes, calendar, Slack messages and mini initiatives for the CEO. The ideal candidate has a background in being a C-level Executive Assistant, a keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities will include:
Scheduling all of CEO’s meetings and appointments Managing CEO’s multiple inboxes Leading initiatives Assisting with review and distribution of SEO articles Scheduling client check-ins Giving and reviewing tasks to other members of the team Assisting with hiring and onboarding new team members
Required:
English fluency Experience scheduling calendar and managing inbox of C-level executives using Google Calendar Detail oriented with excellent communication Experience protecting time of C-level executive Adaptable and good at learning preferences and wording of someone else Able to juggle many balls in the air and not lose track of them Systems and platforms used: Gmail Slack ZoomG-Suite/Google Docs Droplr/Loom (for recording quick tutorials videos)1 Password Airtable Teamwork Process.st ChatGPTClaude
Schedule:
Dedicated 2-3 hours a day / 20-25 hours a week Daily morning check-in with CEO Weekly Monday morning meeting with all team Weekly Thursday meeting with Digital Marketing team
