About the role

A leader in 3D anatomy and medical education technology is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow adoption of its interactive learning platform across high schools in the western U.S. You'll join a lean, remote-first sales team and take ownership of hiring, territory development, and account management as you build out the region from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a driven, independent self-starter who's comfortable working remotely while staying closely aligned with headquarters, and who brings consultative selling instincts to STEM-focused educational institutions. If you have…5+ years of outside sales experience in the scientific, engineering, educational, or medical industry Proven track record of hiring, territory development, and account management Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sciences, or a related field Ability to travel up to 75% for client meetings, industry events, and demonstrations We look forward to hearing from you!

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
