Steel Laborer The Job Center Staffing is hiring for 1st shift for Steel Laborers in the Cincinnati area. This is a great opportunity for Temp to Hire. Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Steel Laborer Hourly wage: $16
Shift: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTOEligibility for the Work and Win program Rent/Mortgage paid for a year Responsibilities of Steel Laborer Operate cold metal press equipment to form U-bolts according to specifications Load drums of steel coils into production machines safely and efficiently Run machinery that bends, shapes, and cuts steel materials Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper performance and quality Inspect finished U-bolts for accuracy, consistency, and defects Perform basic machine adjustments and report any mechanical issues Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures Requirements for Steel Laborer Experience with machine operation (Brake press, Punch Press, Hydraulic press)Ability to read a tape measure Good work ethic as attendance and job performance are important Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
