About the role
Director of FacilitiesFII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Director of Facilities to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all facility infrastructure, utilities, and building systems supporting our advanced SMT manufacturing operations. This executive-level role is responsible for developing long-term facilities strategies, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across multiple functional areas. The Director of Facilities plays a critical role in enabling high-performance manufacturing by ensuring infrastructure reliability, scalability, safety, and cost efficiency across all production and support spaces, including cleanroom and ESD-sensitive environments.
