Salary: $140,000–$170,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits, ESOPWe're partnering with a well-established engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join their growing Richmond team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of municipal water and wastewater projects while mentoring junior engineers and building lasting client relationships!
What You'll Do: Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction. Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior engineers. Build and maintain relationships with municipal clients. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality. Support business development and help grow the Water team.
What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. PE license required.8+ years of Water/Wastewater engineering experience. Experience with treatment plants, pump stations, water distribution, or wastewater collection systems. Strong project management and client-facing skills.
