About the role
Managing a diverse portfolio of retirement plan clients, the full-time Relationship Manager II will serve as the primary contact for clients and their financial advisors, providing technical guidance and resolving complex issues in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Own client relationships, leading consultation calls and providing compliance guidance
Manage deliverables for annual plan compliance and oversee complex plan transitions
Serve as a mentor for Relationship Manager I team members and participate in cross-functional initiatives
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in retirement plan administration or client services
Strong knowledge of defined contribution plan compliance, including ERISA, DOL, and IRS requirements
Proficiency in retirement plan platforms such as PensionPro, Datair, FTW, or ASC
Exceptional communication skills with clients, advisors, and colleagues
Ability to manage a complex book of business effectively
