Bee Organized Scottsdale is a professional home and business organizing company dedicated to helping clients declutter and create orderly, functional spaces. The team focuses on organizing belongings so that the items clients love have designated homes, contributing to greater peace and calm in everyday life. In addition to ongoing organizing services, Bee Organized Scottsdale supports major life transitions by assisting with moves, including “power purging” and packing before relocation. After a move, the company helps clients unpack and organize their new homes to ensure a smooth, stress-reducing transition.
Role Description:
The Project Manager role (also referred to as Hive Manager) at Bee Organized Scottsdale is a part-time, hybrid position based in Scottsdale, AZ. This role oversees organizing and move management projects from initial client consultation through project completion, including planning scope, timelines, and resources for home and business organizing and move-support services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating and sending estimates, coordinating schedules, assigning tasks to organizing team members, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality standards are met in every space. The Project Manager communicates regularly with clients to clarify goals, manage expectations, and provide status updates, while addressing any issues that arise during projects. The role also reaches out periodically to past clients and referral partners to maintain consistent contact. This role also leads and collaborates on special projects, including process improvements, documentation, and supports and facilitates team training to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Project coordination skills, including Project Management and Logistics Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and close multiple organizing projects. Operational execution skills, such as Expeditor and Expediting experience, to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure smooth workflow. Quality and compliance skills, including Inspection capabilities, to review completed work and maintain high standards of organization and client safety. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions and team collaboration. Ability to work on-site in clients’ homes and businesses in Scottsdale, AZ, including occasional lifting, bending, and physical activity related to organizing tasks. Experience in professional organizing, move management, or related fields is important! High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in project management or organizing are a plus.
