This full-time, paid mentorship program provides hands-on training alongside a top-performing Farmers Insurance Agency Owner. You'll gain real-world experience in sales, client acquisition, business development, agency operations, and leadership while building the skills needed to succeed as a future agency owner.

Responsibilities
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead sources
Conduct insurance reviews and identify client needs
Develop and present customized insurance solutions
Build relationships with clients and referral partners
Create partnerships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, and local business owners
Maintain strong client retention through exceptional service
Meet and exceed sales and production goals
Continuously develop industry and product knowledge
Requirements
Property & Casualty License preferred (licensing assistance available)
Minimum one year of sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential
Strong work ethic and desire for personal growth
