Culmen International is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Global Security division’s project-finance activities and manage program finance, billing, and project accounting staff. The role covers the full lifecycle from costpoint setup, invoicing, accruals, forecasts, and EACs, to funding analysis and contract closeout, partnering with program leadership and cross-functional teams. Hybrid work with occasional travel to Alexandria, VA.
