About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects in Jupiter, Florida, from pre-construction through final completion. This role is responsible for coordinating all project activities, maintaining schedules and budgets, and ensuring each home is delivered to the required standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment. Key responsibilities include reviewing plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules; coordinating architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal team members; and managing daily field operations to keep work progressing safely and efficiently. The Project Manager will solicit and evaluate bids, negotiate scopes and pricing, issue and track purchase orders and contracts, monitor costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders. Regular site visits are required to inspect workmanship, resolve construction issues, verify adherence to plans and applicable codes, and maintain accurate project documentation. This position will also lead progress meetings, communicate updates to clients, identify potential risks, and coordinate punch-list completion, inspections, turnover, and warranty items. Qualified candidates should have several years of project management experience in residential construction, preferably with custom or luxury homes, and a strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and contract administration. Proficiency with construction management software, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling tools is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between active job sites are required. Candidates must be able to balance attention to detail with decisive leadership while maintaining professional relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teams.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
