You will manage field ESP systems, coordinate vendor activities, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves diagnosing mechanical failures, performing RCFA, and collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and operations to optimize production and project execution.
