Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Community Manager.Responsibilities include engaging with online communities, managing social media channels, fostering discussions, identifying key influencer partnerships, handling customer inquiries, and driving growth and positive engagement within brand communities. The Community Manager will also coordinate with internal teams to share customer feedback, create and implement community strategies, and analyze community trends to craft responsive communications.QualificationsStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‐building skills Proficiency in social media management, community engagement, and content creation Understanding of customer service best practices and conflict resolution Experience with analytics tools and ability to measure community performance Creative thinking and a strategic approach to community building and retention Knowledge of AI‐driven search platforms or interest in emerging technologies is a plus Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
