About the role
Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Patent Agent I to support and counsel on the company’s IP strategy and protection. You will partner with engineers, sourcing and product managers, and executives to back product development, focusing on patents with helpful familiarity in trademarks.
You will review products, perform patent searches, assess patentability, and help manage IP clearance while educating staff and aligning with business goals.
