Trade Compliance Analyst - Import & Export Classification

Job description: ANDRITZ is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Trade Compliance Analyst to join our North American Trade Compliance team. In this role, you will help ensure the accurate classification of products for import and export activities while supporting compliance across a complex global manufacturing and engineering environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Project Management, and Quality while developing expertise in international trade regulations, customs compliance, and product classification strategies.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of experience in trade compliance, customs compliance, product classification, or a related discipline Working knowledge of: HTS Classification Harmonized System (HS) Codes Schedule B Classifications Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) Import and Export Regulations Incoterms Free Trade Agreements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
