About the role

Olin, based in Independence, Missouri, seeks a Program Manager – M&I to lead and coordinate engineering programs supporting production, modernization, and continuous improvement in an ammunition manufacturing environment. You will ensure programs are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet DoD and Winchester requirements. This role requires 5+ years in program management, a Bachelor's/Master's degree, and ability to travel up to 10%.
