Functional leaders retain responsibility for final decisions, budgets, and statutory obligations.
What We’re Looking For: Significant experience in executive coaching, leadership development, management consulting, business transformation, operational excellence, organisational development, or performance improvement. Experience advising CEOs, executive teams, VPs, or senior operational leaders on business strategy, strategic planning, operational performance, or organisational effectiveness. Strong executive presence, facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, and business-judgement skills. Demonstrated ability to assess complex operational or organisational challenges and develop practical, outcome-focused recommendations. Experience leading or supporting cross-functional change, process-improvement, continuous-improvement, or transformation initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Executive-coaching, Lean, Six Sigma, or change-management credentials are valued where relevant. Ability to work remotely in the United States and travel occasionally as required.
Why Join: This is an opportunity to create visible value for senior leaders by connecting business strategy with stronger leadership capability, practical operational improvements, and disciplined execution.
How to Apply: Apply through LinkedIn Easy Apply. Candidates must be legally authorised to work in the United States by the anticipated start date. Impel Consultants and the hiring client consider applicants based on role-related skills, experience, and capability.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
