About the role

In this role, you'll provide friendly, professional, and efficient service while helping members with a variety of lending needs, including agriculture and commercial loans. You'll work with members throughout the lending process by gathering and analyzing financial information, making lending decisions, completing loan closings and inspections, and building strong relationships with them and local businesses.  An ideal candidate will have excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills, along with sound decision-making and reasoning abilities. Basic math and computer skills are important, as well as the ability to understand financial information and analyze creditworthiness.
