About the role

RGP is seeking a Principal ServiceNow Solutions Consultant to join our fast-growing ServiceNow Practice. This senior leader guides pre-sales solutioning, proposal development, and strategic advisory delivery across enterprise ServiceNow engagements. The role leads end-to-end pursuit development, including SOW definition, staffing models, and pricing strategies, with up to 50% billable utilization. Base pay range listed: $165,000–$190,000.
