Field Service Engineer — Industrial Machinery Are you skilled at troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment? We're hiring a Field Service Engineer to keep customer operations running smoothly.
What you'll do: Install, maintain, and repair equipment on-site Build strong customer relationships through responsive, reliable service Manage preventative maintenance and parts cycles Spot opportunities to grow accounts through contract renewals and system sales
What you bring: 5+ years servicing industrial/mechanical/electromechanical equipment and machinery (or equivalent military experience)Associate's/Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience Strong communication skills — you can explain technical issues in plain terms Valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort with travel and on-call work What stands out: Amazing company culture Strong hourly rate with time and a half over 40 hours Travel time counts as hours worked, and there's per diem Roughly 60% travel, mostly the East Coast Benefits (medical, dental, vision) are 100% company-paid - no payroll deductions If you hit 40 hours before Fri, you can take Fri off or keep working at time and a half pay If you're self-directed, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems in the field, we'd love to hear from you.
