Experienced Table Games Dealer At Rivers Casino Pittsburgh Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking experienced Table Games Dealers to join our dynamic team. As a Table Games Dealer, you will be responsible for facilitating an exceptional gaming experience for our guests while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Responsibilities: Conduct game sessions in adherence to Company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations Manage guest transactions and promptly report any disputes or irregularities to the Floor Supervisor. Execute currency exchanges with accuracy and follow house rules for bet payouts Uphold Rivers Casino's service standards and foster excellent guest relationships. Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English with a strong focus on guest relations. Minimum of 6 months of dealing experience within the past 5 years. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to a team environment. Present a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times. Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Certifications: Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing Bending, stretching, twisting, reaching, push/pull up to 10 pounds frequently Manual and digital dexterity for fine motor manipulation of cards, gaming chips, and other small objects.
