About the role
Circle K operates a Security Operations Center monitoring stores 24/7. The SOC Team Member handles real-time alarm monitoring, incident response, dispatch coordination, and remote troubleshooting across divisions. You will support store safety, assets, and operations while following SOPs and maintaining detailed incident records. This role requires strong attention to detail, calm decision-making under pressure, and effective communication with store staff and first responders.
