About the role
PBATS Alumni Group in the United States seeks a Minor League Medical Coordinator to lead injury management and rehabilitation coordination across affiliate teams. You will oversee medical staff, track injury data, and ensure compliance with MLB concussion policies.
Responsibilities include coordinating rehab plans, managing the training complex, EMR documentation, and ongoing communication with front office and coaching staff throughout the season.
