Healthcare Receptionist PositionLHH has partnered with an established and well known healthcare network located in San Diego who is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team! The ideal candidate for this position will excel in customer service and have a passion for helping others. This is a full time position and shifts will vary from Monday-Sunday, 6:30am-10:30pm. There are multiple openings at multiple locations throughout San Diego county! The pay for this Contract to Hire position is $25/hour and is a great opportunity to start or continue your career in healthcare!
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
- Communicating with patients, doctors, nurses, and other staff members
- Greeting patients and visitors upon arrival
- Completing check-in and check-out procedures
- Scheduling appointments and managing an office calendar
- Supporting with clerical needs such as data entry, filing, and printing/faxing/scanning
Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Strong word processing and spreadsheet/database experience
- Positive attitude and eager to learn
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Compensation: $25.00 USD Per Hour

- Schedule may vary (including weekend shifts)
- Must have open availability to work: Monday-Sunday; 6:30AM-10:30PMFull Time, 40 hours/5 days per week
- Multiple openings at different locations throughout all of San Diego county
