Sales Manager, Accreditation Remote – United States
The Opportunity:
The Redda Group has been retained to identify a Sales Manager for a nationally recognized, mission-driven healthcare accreditation organization. This newly created, individual contributor role will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, close, renewal support, and account expansion. Your Sales Mission Generate new accreditation and certification business through outbound prospecting. Build and manage a qualified pipeline using Hub Spot or a comparable CRM.Conduct consultative discovery with clinical, quality, technical, and executive stakeholders. Translate quality, compliance, credibility, and risk reduction into a compelling business case. Partner with internal teams to support retention and identify cross-sell opportunities. Provide market and competitive insights to strengthen programs and messaging. The Experience You Bring 5–7 years of consultative B2B sales experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry. A demonstrated track record of personally sourcing and closing new business. Experience selling services, accreditation, certification, memberships, subscriptions, compliance programs, or other intangible solutions. Comfort managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Strong CRM discipline, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with up to 30% travel. Experience in transfusion medicine, cellular therapy, biotherapies, blood centers, laboratory services, pharmacy, healthcare quality, or accreditation is strongly preferred.
