Essential Functions: The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to: Conducts sampling, product testing and visual inspection of finished goods, identifying product defects and non-conformances. Must be familiar with and understand Quality inspection procedures and standards. Regularly monitor product for acceptable quality to the latest product specifications/procedures. Completes accurate documentation of all inspection/testing data and maintains an easily retrievable filing system. Must be comfortable in operating a computer and keying inspections into the data management system. General computer knowledge required. Reads and interprets sampling plans to determine sample size and/or accept/reject criteria. Assists with root cause analysis activities. Issues product holds and pallet identification tickets. Conducts device history, procedural and product audits, as directed by Quality Management. Monitors product and/or process trends at discretion of QA Management. Conducts special sampling and product testing, as required. Collects product/process data for FWO's, special projects, validations, etc., as required.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous QA experience preferred. Ability to read, write, and understand English.
