Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily routes, schedules, seating charts, passenger logs, attendance records, field trips, service changes, and cancellations. Serve as the primary contact for the contracted transportation provider and address service or safety concerns promptly. Maintain child safety seats, emergency transportation backpacks, required rescue-medication procedures, and transportation supply inventories. Schedule and document emergency bus evacuation drills at least three times per year and ensure required logs and safety checks are completed. Audit health data and follow-up needs; maintain accurate health and transportation records, health care plans, and consent forms in GoEngage. Prepare family follow-up communications, track screening equipment service dates, order health supplies, and support wellness initiatives and department training.

Prior supervisory experience and the ability to coordinate staff, schedules, and workflows. Current First Aid and CPR certification-or the ability to obtain certification within the required time frame. Strong organization, record keeping, data-audit, communication, and follow-through skills. Proficiency with electronic record keeping systems, email, spreadsheets, and standard office applications. Physical Requirements: The role includes light to moderate physical activity, transportation safety checks, emergency drills, child safety-seat installation, routine lifting of supplies, workstation use, and travel between program and transportation settings. Salary Description$45,000 per year

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
