About the role
Our client, a top-tier VC firm, is searching for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face in their mid-peninsula office. This person will manage daily office operations, provide exceptional customer service to guests and internal staff, and ensure everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in creating a polished, professional atmosphere.
