Job Summary We are seeking a Client Migration Specialist to support customer migration and onboarding activities for a leading global financial institution. The role involves coordinating client migrations, managing stakeholder communication, validating documentation, and ensuring a seamless transition to new banking platforms and services. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end client migration activities. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the migration process. Partner with internal teams to ensure timely completion of migration milestones. Validate client documentation, account information, and onboarding requirements. Track migration progress and provide regular status updates. Resolve client queries and escalate issues when required. Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. Support post-migration activities to ensure successful client adoption. Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Client Operations. Strong communication and customer-facing skills. Experience in client onboarding, account servicing, or banking operations. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with banking migration or transformation projects. Knowledge of commercial banking, treasury services, or payment operations. Experience working with cross-functional teams and project coordination.
