About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Energy & Utilities domain expertise and working knowledge of GIS / spatial data to support a major utilities client in Dallas, TX.🔹 Must-Have Skills✅ Business Analyst experience within the Energy & Utilities domain✅ Strong understanding of Electric, Gas, Water, or Renewable Energy operations✅ Requirements Gathering & Business Requirements Documentation✅ Business Process Analysis & Process Mapping✅ Use Case Development & Functional Specifications✅ Strong Stakeholder Management experience✅ Good understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies✅ Working knowledge of GIS concepts, spatial data & utility network mapping✅ Experience collaborating with Developers, Architects & GIS Specialists✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills⭐ Nice to Have🔹 Experience with Esri ArcGIS, Hexagon Intergraph, or similar GIS platforms🔹 Utility Digital Transformation project experience🔹 Client-facing consulting experience🔹 Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments🎯 Ideal CandidateWe are particularly interested in candidates who combine strong Business Analysis + Utilities Domain + GIS knowledge and are comfortable working onsite in Dallas, TX, 3–5 days per week.
